Now that I have learned to appreciate PoE goods core POE game, I am also starting to appreciate Path of Oriath. As I said, it presents six new acts for a total of ten. This replaces the genre-standard difficulty system, where I would normally play precisely the exact same material over and over at greater difficulties. Instead, Path of Exile is now one massive experience. Technically four of those newest acts are a retread through recognizable zones, but there’s constant detours to new areas and dramatic changes to the scene to help keep things interesting. Beyond that, there is a whole endPOE game to look forward to, however I am not sure if I’ll even arrive. I have been studying other construct guides and I’m itching to try out something new, to experience which slow transformation from weakling to god-like but using a new playstyle.
Path of Exile is a huge POE game to attempt to understand. There is still heaps of systems I don’t know and a list full of items I don’t quite know how to use. However, it’s rekindled the power fantasy that ARPGs have fundamentally been around. One that, for me personally, has largely remained dormant since those sleepless nights playing Diablo 2.
Path of Exile has seven playable characters, although only six are initially unlockable. The seventh, the Scion, could be unlocked by rescuing her from buy poe exalted orbs a cage in the Upper Scepter of God region of Act 3.
