Instead of focusing on rewarding players with the best stats, have it be that the choices influence the way that the season unfolds. One player may decide to work with a lesser volume of work, or to recover from an injury.
It’s a bit odd that offensive and defensive coordinators have not been the focus on the field for some time. Wouldn’t it be great to have three incredible coaches working together on the same team? Additionally, Franchise Mode has a tendency to employ coaches who are not affiliated with the league. It would be nice to see random individuals get jobs as coordinators then, if they do well then elevating them to buy Madden 22 coins the head coaching position. It would at least make some sense than having a random person to take over a franchise without no prior experience.
