I am confused what you are saying here. Did you spend money? That is my point, if you did not spend real life money. Because skills have free choices oftentimes ones which are faster than ordinary methods in OSRS, to train you can progress without having to best way to buy osrs golde spend cash. I guess I need to explain that I do not believe either match is pay to win. In both games you’d need to spend ridiculous amounts of actual money to pay for greatest gear/maxed abilities. I just believe $1 takes you farther than it does in RS3. (not at all a pristine lv sense, but in a time saved grinding sense.)
I did spend money. All the”achievements” on this account have been compensated for. Personally speaking I’ve a propensity to be quite competitive, not in a leaderboards feel but when I find someone I go buy it. The difference between the two games is that on RS3 you have the option to cover (in all fairness not so much) to your achievements which imo takes away from those who worked for this. Osrs has bonds which take the money of it that works well for me as I have a full time job and a family so.
I am able to log in and perform with the content I want without taking time out for money. I have not purchased a bond since the account creation’s first month, I got myself 20m and my bank is worth around 400m throughout playing RuneScape. Anyone who has the exact same achievement as me has earned it and I like it. For me levels are important and striking on osrs because if they’ve bought bonds, they spent the time training and have worked to it. Each to their own dude but in my opinion RS3 is full on cover to win and competitive in their marketing scheme’s especially compared to old school.
This is sort of the ONLY argument (aside from problematic gaming things ) that things whatsoever, and I just don’t get it. If somebody else spends cash to get something faster / more easy than you personally, why would that devalue your work? If anything it needs to devalue their job. osrs equipment buying sites isn’t a competitive game indeed, pvp is dead and the amount of people fighting for ranks is essentially confined to 5.x players when fresh abilities emerge, and jagex disabled lamps/bxp for arch for a long while. I’ve tried numerous occasions to explain this. Just because YOU don’t care if something that you worked hard for suddenly becomes shit does not mean that I do not.
