Agility can be a useful attribute in the world of RuneScape. It can be used to take shortcuts throughout the world, and especially in Slayer Dungeons.
This guide will teach you the best ways to level Agility, the fastest ways to increase your experience, and the most cost-effective methods of training to achieve 99 Agility as fast as feasible.
The guides here do not contain any item that increases experience or experience used. However, I will highlight all the items that will assist in speeding up time to train and also provide an efficient method for getting better at Agility.
Experiential-boosting products
There are a few things in the game which can improve your training time by giving bonus experience or decreasing the speed that you fall short of challenges.
Clothing that reduces weight
When you face obstacles, you are less likely to fall when you are carrying a lighter weight. The difference is quite small but does make a large difference over the long haul since it could cut hours off training time.
Nimble Outfit
The nimble clothing is a piece of clothing uncovered by treasure hunter, which gives an improvement in training experience; there are 5 pieces which each offer one percent increase in experience. There is an additional 1% when the five pieces are used.
Surefooted Auras
The auras with a surefoot prevent the player from falling on all hurdles for any period of 20 or 40 min. The time can be extended by 50 or 100% by paying for vis wax. They cost between 5,000 and 12,000 loyalty points, which is highly worth the expense over the long term.
Summer Pies
Summer pies offer a brief 5 levels boost to player’s Agility level. This lets the player get around obstacles that normally they would otherwise not, and also reduces the possibility of failing obstacles further.
Most Effective Ways to Improve Your Agility
This guide will help you figure out the most efficient way to level up your agility level. Let me jump right into it.
Levels 1-18
Here you should train at the Gnome Stronghold Agility Course found beside the Grand Tree. This will provide you with 6,800 experience per hour at these levels, which means you should achieve level 18 in around 31 minutes.
Levels 18-30
Here you should train in the Watchtower shortcut, found in the northeast part of Yanille located on the outside of the town. Take the shortcut and climb the trellis that is on the north wall. Then, ascend the stairs, and repeat. You will gain 10,000 experiences in an hour using this method since it is impossible to not succeed.
Levels 30-52
It is now time to begin the training of Clockwork suits. For this, you must complete a portion of this Cold War quest, up until the point you know how to make Clockwork suits. Utilize your “wind” option of the clockwork suit, and then add both wound and unwound Clockwork suits to your bar of action. Use keybinds to wind or let go of the Clockwork suits. Then, at while, press on the unreleased Clockwork suit in order to retrieve them.
This technique is ideal for those who stay in a restricted area to ensure that the Clockwork suits don’t go astray. The best place to do this is the top of the White Knights’ Castle in Falador.
Option 2: If you cannot complete your Cold War quest, then you need to train at Barbarian Outpost Agility. Barbarian Outpost Agility course, which is a requirement for the Bar Crawl miniquest, or keep on at the watchtower up to 52 when you’re not able to finish this mini-quest.
Levels 52-99
Your remaining time will be spent on the Wilderness Agility Course. Beware of PKers on the course, since the course is a typical area for getting killed. Make sure to utilize the Demonic Skull to improve experience rates. It gives an extra 4 Agility experiences per Agility over 50, which means that you will get double the experience when you reach level 75 and just under triple at 99.
Option 2: If , for whatever reason, you don’t intend to train this way however, you could train at the Ape Atoll Agility course starting at 75. This course is not able to be passed at this level but has extremely high requirements.
Option 3: Another choice after you’ve completed the Plague’s End quest , is the Hefin Agility coursethat is available once you reach level 77. It’s guaranteed to be successful and will give you excellent experience rewards. When you set the camera’s angle, it is possible to complete a full lap without moving the mouse. Just click occasionally.
Alternative Strategies to Increase Agility
Completing Quests
There are several ways to increase Agility levels–firstly, completing quests. Completing all quests gives the player 770,212 Agility points as well as up to 4,000,000 (yes, 4 million) experiences as reward for quests.
Using Silverhawk Boots
Another item that is useful is Silverhawk Boots. These can be obtained from Treasure Hunter or bought for 750 thaler. Sometimes, it will grant Agility Experience equal or 10% what could typically be obtained from a small lamp. It will give experiences:
Once per minute whilst running
While practicing (roughly once every 45 sec.)
While using an ultimate ability
They are paid with Silverhawk feathers that can be bought at around 20,000 gp. It is generally the most expensive way of learning Agility, but if you have loads of money, it is possible to teach Agility as a passive skill.
Participating in the Pit
There is another Distraction & Diversion called The Pit. It is an hourly (roughly) event where players are required to take on a brief challenge in order to gain an experience reward. It’s worthwhile to complete these because the rewards for experience are very substantial. The player receives an invitation from the Talent Scout who is present around most Agility courses. He will wave the participant to the side when he is invited.
Using Serenity Posts
Serenity Posts in the Hefin district of Prifddinas offer full AFK experience for 20,000 experience per day before becoming unable to use. You need 75 Agility to make use of this.
Participating at The Big Top Bonanza
You can also participate at Balthazar Beauregard’s Big Top Bonanza once per week. This will provide a maximum of 13,750 experience with 99 Agility.
